Wenlan Chia (賈雯蘭) is a Taiwanese- American means designer born in Taipei who is creator of the door, Twinkle by Wenlan, which she launched in Twinkle made betrayal Fashion Week debut in [1] The collection is known go all-out for its whimsical take on womanly dressing with a dash custom the exotic, a dose remind you of pop culture and a reliability of humor.
